House Rules

Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the property.
Any additional visitors are the full responsibility of the booking guest.
The total number of people on the property must not exceed the number stated in your reservation.

Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM.
Late check-out is not permitted and will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, in the garage, the patio, or any common green areas.
Our condominium is a non-smoking zone.

Please do not walk outside the house in swimwear on your way to the pool.
Do not dispose of paper, sanitary products, or other items in the toilets. Blockages caused by improper use will incur repair charges.
Please do not leave windows open when leaving the house, to avoid unwanted animals entering.
Do not walk barefoot in the garden or patio area. Costa Rica is rich in nature, and small animals or insects may be present in the soil.
We recommend removing your shoes and leaving them at the entrance of the home.

Adults are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of children both inside the property and in shared amenities.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the pool or walking through common areas.
Any damage caused by children is the responsibility of their guardians.

Please respect the speed limit and all signs within the condominium.
Violations of condo community rules (including speed limits, noise, or safety breaches) may result in a fine of up to $700, charged by the condominium management.

The pool and jacuzzi are available for guest use Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Both facilities are closed on Sundays and outside of the hours listed above.
On official Costa Rica public holidays, the pool and jacuzzi are reserved exclusively for property owners.
We will notify you ahead of your arrival if your stay coincides with any such holiday.
The lap swimming channel in the pool and the jacuzzi are strictly by reservation only.
All guests must read and comply with the detailed pool and jacuzzi rules posted at each facility.

If you expect a delivery service (Uber, Uber Eats, or any other delivery), you must notify us via the Airbnb app in advance.
Please provide the delivery person’s name and vehicle or motorcycle license plate so our security team can authorize access.

Please notify us immediately of any damage to property or items. Damages will be assessed and may result in an extra charge.
We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions, storms, or natural disasters that may affect your arrival or stay.
