  • The living room unit is powerful enough to cool the entire home.

⚑ Utility Interruptions

  • Costa Rica occasionally experiences scheduled or unscheduled electricity or water outages.
  • While these are beyond our control, we monitor utility schedules and will inform you of any planned outages.
  • These are not eligible for refunds.

🀫 Quiet Hours & Community Etiquette

  • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM.
  • Please respect our neighbors and avoid loud music, especially outside.
  • Use appropriate cover-ups when walking to the pool (no walking in swimwear).
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home, garage, patio, and common areas.

  • Do not flush paper, wipes, or hygiene products – plumbing is sensitive.
  • Keep windows closed when away to prevent bugs or animals from entering.
  • Remove shoes at the entrance to keep floors clean and reduce wear.

  • Trash is collected Tuesdays and Fridays from 6 AM–9 AM.
  • Place garbage in a sealed plastic bag under number β€œ64” outside the house.
  • Do not put out trash the night before β€” only on the morning of pickup.
  • Use a separate recyclable bag and place it next to the trash on Tuesdays.
  • For other disposal needs, message us on Airbnb.
