- Costa Rica occasionally experiences scheduled or unscheduled electricity or water outages.
- While these are beyond our control, we monitor utility schedules and will inform you of any planned outages.
- These are not eligible for refunds.
π€« Quiet Hours & Community Etiquette
- Quiet hours: 10 PM β 6 AM.
- Please respect our neighbors and avoid loud music, especially outside.
- Use appropriate cover-ups when walking to the pool (no walking in swimwear).
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home, garage, patio, and common areas.

- Do not flush paper, wipes, or hygiene products β plumbing is sensitive.
- Keep windows closed when away to prevent bugs or animals from entering.
- Remove shoes at the entrance to keep floors clean and reduce wear.
ποΈ Trash & Recycling
- Trash is collected Tuesdays and Fridays from 6 AMβ9 AM.
- Place garbage in a sealed plastic bag under number β64β outside the house.
- Do not put out trash the night before β only on the morning of pickup.
- Use a separate recyclable bag and place it next to the trash on Tuesdays.
- For other disposal needs, message us on Airbnb.
π¦ Delivery & Visitor Access
- Notify us via Airbnb app if expecting a delivery (Uber Eats, etc.).
- Provide the name and license plate of the delivery person for access.
